CVE-2024-50258 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-05-02 N/A 5.5 MEDIUM
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: fix crash when config small gso_max_size/gso_ipv4_max_size Config a small gso_max_size/gso_ipv4_max_size will lead to an underflow in sk_dst_gso_max_size(), which may trigger a BUG_ON crash, because sk->sk_gso_max_size would be much bigger than device limits. Call Trace: tcp_write_xmit tso_segs = tcp_init_tso_segs(skb, mss_now); tcp_set_skb_tso_segs tcp_skb_pcount_set // skb->len = 524288, mss_now = 8 // u16 tso_segs = 524288/8 = 65535 -> 0 tso_segs = DIV_ROUND_UP(skb->len, mss_now) BUG_ON(!tso_segs) Add check for the minimum value of gso_max_size and gso_ipv4_max_size.
CVE-2025-29909 1 Nasa 1 Cryptolib 2025-04-30 N/A 9.8 CRITICAL
CryptoLib provides a software-only solution using the CCSDS Space Data Link Security Protocol - Extended Procedures (SDLS-EP) to secure communications between a spacecraft running the core Flight System (cFS) and a ground station. In versions 1.3.3 and prior, a heap buffer overflow vulnerability in CryptoLib's `Crypto_TC_ApplySecurity()` allows an attacker to craft a malicious TC frame that causes out-of-bounds memory writes. This can result in denial of service (DoS) or, under certain conditions, remote code execution (RCE). Any application or system that relies on CryptoLib for Telecommand (TC) processing and does not strictly validate incoming TC frames is at risk. This includes satellite ground stations or mission control software where attackers can inject malformed frames. A patch is available at commit c7e8a8745ff4b5e9bd7e500e91358e86d5abedcc.
CVE-2025-30356 1 Nasa 1 Cryptolib 2025-04-29 N/A 9.8 CRITICAL
CryptoLib provides a software-only solution using the CCSDS Space Data Link Security Protocol - Extended Procedures (SDLS-EP) to secure communications between a spacecraft running the core Flight System (cFS) and a ground station. In 1.3.3 and earlier, a heap buffer overflow vulnerability persists in the Crypto_TC_ApplySecurity function due to an incomplete validation check on the fl (frame length) field. Although CVE-2025-29912 addressed an underflow issue involving fl, the patch fails to fully prevent unsafe calculations. As a result, an attacker can still craft malicious frames that cause a negative tf_payload_len, which is then interpreted as a large unsigned value, leading to a heap buffer overflow in a memcpy call.
CVE-2025-26269 2025-04-23 N/A 3.3 LOW
DragonflyDB Dragonfly through 1.28.2 (fixed in 1.29.0) allows authenticated users to cause a denial of service (daemon crash) via a Lua library command that references a large negative integer.
CVE-2022-20483 1 Google 1 Android 2025-04-22 N/A 7.5 HIGH
In several functions that parse avrc response in avrc_pars_ct.cc and related files, there are possible out of bounds reads due to integer overflows. This could lead to remote information disclosure with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.Product: AndroidVersions: Android-10 Android-11 Android-12 Android-12L Android-13Android ID: A-242459126
CVE-2024-56375 1 Nicmx 1 Fort Validator 2025-04-22 N/A 7.5 HIGH
An integer underflow was discovered in Fort 1.6.3 and 1.6.4 before 1.6.5. A malicious RPKI repository that descends from a (trusted) Trust Anchor can serve (via rsync or RRDP) a Manifest RPKI object containing an empty fileList. Fort dereferences (and, shortly afterwards, writes to) this array during a shuffle attempt, before the validation that would normally reject it when empty. This out-of-bounds access is caused by an integer underflow that causes the surrounding loop to iterate infinitely. Because the product is permanently stuck attempting to overshuffle an array that doesn't actually exist, a crash is nearly guaranteed.
CVE-2016-10166 1 Libgd 1 Libgd 2025-04-20 7.5 HIGH 9.8 CRITICAL
Integer underflow in the _gdContributionsAlloc function in gd_interpolation.c in the GD Graphics Library (aka libgd) before 2.2.4 allows remote attackers to have unspecified impact via vectors related to decrementing the u variable.
CVE-2016-10268 1 Libtiff 1 Libtiff 2025-04-20 6.8 MEDIUM 7.8 HIGH
tools/tiffcp.c in LibTIFF 4.0.7 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (integer underflow and heap-based buffer under-read) or possibly have unspecified other impact via a crafted TIFF image, related to "READ of size 78490" and libtiff/tif_unix.c:115:23.
CVE-2017-14496 6 Canonical, Debian, Google and 3 more 8 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Android and 5 more 2025-04-20 7.8 HIGH 7.5 HIGH
Integer underflow in the add_pseudoheader function in dnsmasq before 2.78 , when the --add-mac, --add-cpe-id or --add-subnet option is specified, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service via a crafted DNS request.
CVE-2017-6313 3 Debian, Fedoraproject, Gnome 3 Debian Linux, Fedora, Gdk-pixbuf 2025-04-20 5.8 MEDIUM 7.1 HIGH

CVE-2017-13666 1 Multicorewareinc 1 X265 2025-04-20 2.1 LOW 5.5 MEDIUM
An integer underflow vulnerability exists in pixel-a.asm, the x86 assembly code for planeClipAndMax() in MulticoreWare x265 through 2.5, as used in libbpg and other products. A small height value can cause an integer underflow, which leads to a crash. This is a different vulnerability than CVE-2017-8906.
CVE-2017-14796 1 Libbpg Project 1 Libbpg 2025-04-20 6.8 MEDIUM 8.8 HIGH
The hevc_write_frame function in libbpg.c in libbpg 0.9.7 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (integer underflow and application crash) or possibly have unspecified other impact via a crafted BPG file, related to improper interaction with copy_CTB_to_hv in hevc_filter.c in libavcodec in FFmpeg and sao_filter_CTB in hevc_filter.c in libavcodec in FFmpeg.
CVE-2017-8911 1 Tnef Project 1 Tnef 2025-04-20 7.5 HIGH 9.8 CRITICAL
An integer underflow has been identified in the unicode_to_utf8() function in tnef 1.4.14. This might lead to invalid write operations, controlled by an attacker.
CVE-2017-8906 1 Multicorewareinc 1 X265 High Efficiency Video Coding 2025-04-20 4.3 MEDIUM 5.5 MEDIUM
An integer underflow vulnerability exists in pixel-a.asm, the x86 assembly code for planeClipAndMax() in MulticoreWare x265 through 2.4, as used by the x265_encoder_encode dependency in libbpg and other products. A small picture can cause an integer underflow, which leads to a Denial of Service in the process of encoding.
CVE-2017-9214 3 Debian, Openvswitch, Redhat 6 Debian Linux, Openvswitch, Enterprise Linux and 3 more 2025-04-20 7.5 HIGH 9.8 CRITICAL
In Open vSwitch (OvS) 2.7.0, while parsing an OFPT_QUEUE_GET_CONFIG_REPLY type OFP 1.0 message, there is a buffer over-read that is caused by an unsigned integer underflow in the function `ofputil_pull_queue_get_config_reply10` in `lib/ofp-util.c`.
