CVE-2019-5736 | 13 Apache, Canonical, D2iq and 10 more | 19 Mesos, Ubuntu Linux, Dc\/os and 16 more | 2024-11-21 | 9.3 HIGH | 8.6 HIGH |
runc through 1.0-rc6, as used in Docker before 18.09.2 and other products, allows attackers to overwrite the host runc binary (and consequently obtain host root access) by leveraging the ability to execute a command as root within one of these types of containers: (1) a new container with an attacker-controlled image, or (2) an existing container, to which the attacker previously had write access, that can be attached with docker exec. This occurs because of file-descriptor mishandling, related to /proc/self/exe.
CVE-2019-5482 | 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Haxx and 3 more | 17 Debian Linux, Fedora, Curl and 14 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 HIGH | 9.8 CRITICAL |

Untrusted search path in FileZilla before 3.41.0-rc1 allows an attacker to gain privileges via a malicious 'fzsftp' binary in the user's home directory.
CVE-2019-5427 | 3 Fedoraproject, Mchange, Oracle | 11 Fedora, C3p0, Communications Ip Service Activator and 8 more | 2024-11-21 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
c3p0 version < 0.9.5.4 may be exploited by a billion laughs attack when loading XML configuration due to missing protections against recursive entity expansion when loading configuration.
CVE-2019-5420 | 3 Debian, Fedoraproject, Rubyonrails | 3 Debian Linux, Fedora, Rails | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 HIGH | 9.8 CRITICAL |
A remote code execution vulnerability in development mode Rails <5.2.2.1, <6.0.0.beta3 can allow an attacker to guess the automatically generated development mode secret token. This secret token can be used in combination with other Rails internals to escalate to a remote code execution exploit.
CVE-2019-5419 | 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Opensuse and 2 more | 6 Debian Linux, Fedora, Leap and 3 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.8 HIGH | 7.5 HIGH |
There is a possible denial of service vulnerability in Action View (Rails) <5.2.2.1, <5.1.6.2, <5.0.7.2, <4.2.11.1 where specially crafted accept headers can cause action view to consume 100% cpu and make the server unresponsive.
CVE-2019-5418 | 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Opensuse and 2 more | 6 Debian Linux, Fedora, Leap and 3 more | 2024-11-21 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
There is a File Content Disclosure vulnerability in Action View <5.2.2.1, <5.1.6.2, <5.0.7.2, <4.2.11.1 and v3 where specially crafted accept headers can cause contents of arbitrary files on the target system's filesystem to be exposed.
CVE-2019-5188 | 6 Canonical, Debian, E2fsprogs Project and 3 more | 8 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, E2fsprogs and 5 more | 2024-11-21 | 4.4 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
A code execution vulnerability exists in the directory rehashing functionality of E2fsprogs e2fsck 1.45.4. A specially crafted ext4 directory can cause an out-of-bounds write on the stack, resulting in code execution. An attacker can corrupt a partition to trigger this vulnerability.
CVE-2019-3996 | 2 Elog Project, Fedoraproject | 2 Elog, Fedora | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 HIGH | 6.5 MEDIUM |
ELOG 3.1.4-57bea22 and below can be used as an HTTP GET request proxy when unauthenticated remote attackers send crafted HTTP POST requests.
CVE-2019-3995 | 2 Elog Project, Fedoraproject | 2 Elog, Fedora | 2024-11-21 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
ELOG 3.1.4-57bea22 and below is affected by a denial of service vulnerability due to a NULL pointer dereference. A remote unauthenticated attacker can crash the ELOG server by sending a crafted HTTP GET request.
CVE-2019-3994 | 2 Elog Project, Fedoraproject | 2 Elog, Fedora | 2024-11-21 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
ELOG 3.1.4-57bea22 and below is affected by a denial of service vulnerability due to a use after free. A remote unauthenticated attacker can crash the ELOG server by sending multiple HTTP POST requests which causes the ELOG function retrieve_url() to use a freed variable.
CVE-2019-3993 | 2 Elog Project, Fedoraproject | 2 Elog, Fedora | 2024-11-21 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |

CVE-2019-3900 | 7 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more | 15 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 12 more | 2024-11-21 | 6.8 MEDIUM | 7.7 HIGH |
An infinite loop issue was found in the vhost_net kernel module in Linux Kernel up to and including v5.1-rc6, while handling incoming packets in handle_rx(). It could occur if one end sends packets faster than the other end can process them. A guest user, maybe remote one, could use this flaw to stall the vhost_net kernel thread, resulting in a DoS scenario.
CVE-2019-3887 | 4 Canonical, Fedoraproject, Linux and 1 more | 11 Ubuntu Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 8 more | 2024-11-21 | 4.7 MEDIUM | 5.6 MEDIUM |
A flaw was found in the way KVM hypervisor handled x2APIC Machine Specific Rregister (MSR) access with nested(=1) virtualization enabled. In that, L1 guest could access L0's APIC register values via L2 guest, when 'virtualize x2APIC mode' is enabled. A guest could use this flaw to potentially crash the host kernel resulting in DoS issue. Kernel versions from 4.16 and newer are vulnerable to this issue. |
